    一些常用软件比如wps，打开一个文档后，切换到别的地方工作，或者去开个会，带薪蹲坑，回来发现鼠标从任务栏点回去无法继续操作，需要重启对应的应用才行，除了关闭按钮外其他都没办法点击。

    谷歌浏览器也这样！

    同样出现类似的情况，wps的鼠标从I形变成黑色三角形了。但是键盘可以正常操作，就鼠标不行，动不了了也不能使用滑轮，可以用ctrl+S先保存一下wps的word文档。
