    Hi, I have an NVIDIA RTX 2070 and Deepin 15.10
    I have installed the nvidia driver from official website here https://www.nvidia.com/Download/driverResults.aspx/150803/en-us
    It worked as it should be, I have window and transparency effects.
    Then, I upgrade the sistem to 15.11 and now the window effect is disabled.
    I try to upgrade my NVIDIA drivers to no success. I still can't enable the window effects
    How to debug this and does anyone have a solution ?

    For others who're too lazy to translate from Spanish, here's the short procedure:
    1. Rename or remove the file /home//.config/kwinrc
    2. Logout dan login again.
    3. Profits!
