    改变文件所有者，修改文件属性
    chown [OWNER] FILE...
    chmod 700 FILE...

    可以，如果只是当前用户可以执行和访问
    首先       sudo chgrp -R 用户组 文件夹或文件名
    然后       sudo chown -R 用户名  文件夹或文件名
    最后       sudo chmod 700 -R 文件夹或文件名
