Problem with Eclipse/DBeaver and display scaling (some fonts not scaling)

Hello,
i really like deepin Linux, but i have one problem so that i cannot really use it.
I use a scaling of 1.5.
When i run Eclipse or DBeaver the applications do not scale properly.
Some fonts do not scale and the are almost unreadable.
Actually i am using Kubuntu 19.04 and there this is working without problems.
I tried the Eclipse for EE Developers from the deepin app store.
I also tried Eclipse 2019-06 starting it with Oracle JDK 11, the same problem here.
Has anyone an idea what could be the problem here?
I attach an Image of how Eclipse look like.
