    我今天也遇到这个问题了，之前还打得好好的。看错误日志有：
    1. /hpfax[21327]: [21327]: error: Failed to create /var/spool/cups/tmp/.hplip

    然后日志文件有错误：
    1. E [24/Mar/2020:20:22:01 +0800] Unable to open listen socket for address [v1.::1]:631 - Permission denied.
    2. E [24/Mar/2020:20:22:01 +0800] Unable to open listen socket for address 127.0.0.1:631 - Permission denied.

    端口也没被占用，重启也一样，没法打印。tcpdump抓包，发现根本就没向打印机发送数据。而打印机上的扫描仪没问题，能正常用。
