反正我已经下好了15.11，至于什么时候装，等15.11.xx稳定版出来后，再装了升级吧。

his answer is no help to your question. he just waiting the REAL stable version of 15.11. 15.11 is new and huge change , bug can not be avoid.

Updated the my Deepin installation to 15.11, and it still hs panda as the repository, meaning it is still based on the unstable version. Also installed the new 15.11 based on stable repos and dde-kwin. The deepin file manager and other apps opens much, much slower than the earlier Deepin. This is not what's been advertised here - https://www.deepin.org/en/2019/07/19/deepin15-11/ But it is not better as we have to wait for a while start any app, is it?
So, I am keeping both versions, hoping that dde-kwin would catch up. But, if it can't, would Deepin devs decide to go back to the old, sure dde?
