无论是内置的麦克风，还是插上耳机的麦克风，都识别不出来，下载这个软件显示就是这样，请问怎么办啊？急需麦克风

螃蟹家的确实很容易出问题，因为他家就没打算出Linux的驱动建议你去github搜索一下你的声卡型号看看有没有开源驱动

记得多年之前，我的声卡也是有问题的也是一直安装不好，有时候干脆就一点声音没有，windows下可以Linux下的话我是装了很多系统都是声卡没有声音，反正我觉得可能是驱动的问题，你可以先看看是只有deepin这样，还是其它的也是这样，如果只有deepin这样的话，那你看看你能用的那个系统的alsa是什么版本，或者用的是不是这库，如果是的话给它升级一下就应该可以了吧。。。

还是不能用，ubuntu内核4.18，比deepin新，alsa是1.1.3，比deepin旧，之前安装过旧内核4.9，启动不了，直接下载deepin 15.4，因为这个版本有内核4.9，还是不行，现在已经崩溃

在网上找到信息，在/etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf文件中增加

options snd-hda-intel model=dell-headset-multi

后，插耳机的麦克可以了，但是内置的麦克还是不行，这个model好像目前还不支持我的机器？

你试试新内核，HDA相关的非常依赖新驱动里的patch，4.15有点老了。　你的声卡是ALC3254，实际是(ALC259系列)

在 https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/v5.2/sound/hd-audio/models.html 这里查找 "ALC22x/23x/25x/269/27x/28x/29x (and vendor-specific ALC3xxx models)"这行，这下面的一些model都试试。　(重点看headset, mic的)

如果没有任何model可以工作的话，只能自己配置了。你目前的配置里，HDA没有从BIOS(OEM厂商的锅)里识别到任何pin widget为input 设备。
