    打开审查元素，选择一个脚本下断点调试，等脚本断在断点那里的时候，整个网页都不能动了，同时调试工具的面板也不能动了，这样怎么看断点步进调试啊

    修正一下，正常等脚本中断不会卡死，但是如果是那种要刷新网页来中断在加载的那一下的话，就会把调试面板一起卡死了。
