嗯嗯，准备先装15.9叭。应该就是显卡驱动问题。刚刚给旧电脑又装了一下，是amd的，没有这个问题。哎，爱它就得包容它。希望官方能快些给出解决办法吧。

请教一下，你是怎么以nomodeset进入系统的，能讲一下操作方法吗。我现在通过快捷键临时关闭窗口特效的方式能缓解楼主相同的问题，但关机和重启功能还是异常，一直只能长按关机键关机，这样很容易造成文件丢失或损坏，看看你这边有没有什么建议。

设置 nomodeset 重启后一样失效，还是别试了，降级或者换系统吧

你试试安装闭源的显卡驱动
sudo apt-get install nvidia-driver bumblebee
然后重启

先用super(win)+shift+tab把窗口特效关掉，就可以打开终端和其它应用了，然后就可以尝试管理员说的办法。我跟你的一样的问题，关掉窗口特效后应用就显示正常了，不过重启和关机功能仍然异常
