    声明：通过安装升级升级到15.10系统的，若是要使用本插件，请见：

    ###安装方法
    这个才是更新之后的
    libnetspeed.so.zip
    在libnetspeed.so 所在目录打开终端
    sudo install -m 755 -p ./libnetspeed.so /usr/lib/dde-dock/plugins/libnetspeed.so

    你们是不是重装到15。10不能用，不能用的原因是不是都是重装升级的原因。
