使用方法：

下载：https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-releases/master/client/stable/Outline-Client.AppImage
直接运行/安装
添加服务器。注意，Outline添加服务器使用的是ss://access-key，而不是ss-qt的加密方式、密码、服务器、端口形式（该顺序对应第4步的英文顺序）。
生成ss://accesskey方法。将你获取的服务器信息按以下格式填写method:password@hostname:port
填写后进行BASE64编码，BASE64编码在线工具：http://tool.oschina.net/encrypt?type=3
在得到的编码前面加上ss://
复制到Outline，添加服务器，连接服务器。

我觉得这个比ss-qt使用起来更简单。
如果觉得转换BASE64编码的步骤太麻烦，可以点击链接，翻到底部会有小工具。
