    我以为只有我这样，其实有线也有这个问题。没有跟新19.3就出现了。只是在这几天才开始有的。

    /etc/NetworkManager/NetworkManager.conf

    # [connectivity]
    # uri=http://packages.deepin.com/misc/check_network_status.txt

    #掉这两行，不会再检查互联网连接了

    systemctl restart network-manager 或者 reboot 就ok
