确保源已经切换。
更改后如果面板升级失败，直接在终端输入如下命令:sudo apt-get clean && sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade即可。

需要先把官方源 换回来 论坛有个换源的帖子
控制中心设置里有个 [更新设置] --> [系统源检测] 打开一下重启下系统会有提示的，恢复即可，这是最简单的了，都不用改配置
