    may be you need vultr and apply for an IP accessible in China .
    My own website in it ,and if you register and  use at least $25 in payments, you can receive $50 to test out this platform.
    And  I'll earn $25, too.

    And, better use common domains, like .cn .com .net.

    Not accessible by Shanghai telecom. ss means shadows socks, which was used to bypass the great firewall.
