NetworkManager-wait-online.service takes 3.018 seconds at boot. Before it would take miliseconds. I edited /lib/systemd/system/networking.service and changed imeoutStartSec=5min to 10sec. When I rebooted, it still says it takes 3.018 seconds. My laptop used to boot under 10 seconds. It now boots a little over 13 seconds.
