Dock blinks before showing up

Noticed unpleasant dock blinking just a fraction of a second before showing up from "smart hide".
Would really like to have it fixed some day cause it ruins the whole beautiful desktop experience.

Also happens to me in both of my machines, seems like it's not a hardware or driver issue.

happened to me on my new dell laptop but after switching driver in the deepin driver manager, it is fixed

Still the same after 15.9 update.
Here is an example of clean dock appearance in elementaryOS.
