I am wanting to install Deepin OS but when I try to boot it from my USB drive, I just get a black screen with a white static underscore. I am trying to install in on a Chuwi Lapbook Air which has an intel celeron cpu with integrated graphics.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try to disable security boot, If you can choose Logical mode that is better. In BIOS
