系统装不上，能邮寄到deepin总部帮忙解决吗？

笔记本是联想ideadpad 720s arr13'' (一个买完让我后悔的牌子，不多说了),
AND ryzen 5 2500 U with Radeon Vega Mobile Gfx x 8
带有指纹识别硬件。
目前已经有一个windows+arch(dde，感谢https://bbs.deepin.org/user/4623 的帮助).
不过还是希望能装上原装的deepin, 前天试着安装了一次，貌似是内核的问题，卡在了deepin logo逐渐被填充的那个界面上。
不知道是否能麻烦deepin帮助解决呢？如果能适配到指纹就更好了。

禁用显卡,我的NVIDIA当时也和你情况一样,折腾了两天,最后是这样才装上的,也是因为卡在logo上.
进grub按e键编辑，在linux那一行quiet最后加空格输入nouveau.modeset=0 nvidia.modeset=0 然后按F10启动应该能进入了。进入系统后编辑修改/boot/grub/grub.cfg文件加入上面参数应该以后就可以不用每次都编辑了。
