Definitely, without a shadow of a doubt, today the overwhelming majority of personal computers and notebooks come equipped with an integrated video card (intel) and a dedicated card (nvdia or amd), so my vote will be 1 and 2, we have to think ahead, probably in the near future all the equipments will be made with 2 video cards, one integrated for cotiadian use and save energy and another for applications that require heavier use such as editing programs and games.

I'm currently just using the integrated graphics in AMD's Ryzen 2400G cpu. The system as a whole is usable with my cpu but would love to see my 2400g utilized a bit more optimally which I believe the newer kernels would bring.

AMD is making a major come back, so don't count them out just yet. I am using a 3500u with Vegas 8 (for some reason, unable to run the graphic correctly with 15.11, so I am using Pop_OS at the moment)
