    设备是xps 15 9550 ，没有在充电，但是右下角显示正在充电
    update：20190716  半年后，bug依旧

    而且耗电极快，现在才10分钟，少了10%的电，没开任何程序，上个月才换的6芯电池，windows下可以使用5,6小时
