Please help! I rotated my desktop from the settings in the right pane and now it's all black! From other interactions with my laptop(like sounds) I can say that it's ok and it's ON and it has not crashed but the screen is all black. I don't know what to do. Isn't there a keyboard shortcut to undo the screen rotation?? ); what can I do??

You can modify the setting file manually via TTY:
  1. nano ~/.config/deepin/startdde/display.json
Copy the Code

Change the field of "Rotation" to 1, like this:
  1. {"eDP31a85798ada47a197a89a09e38998ebd":{"Name":"","Primary":"eDP-1","BaseInfos":[{"UUID":"eDP31a85798ada47a197a89a09e38998ebd","Name":"eDP-1","Enabled":true,"X":0,"Y":0,"Width":2560,"Height":1600,"Rotation":1,"Reflect":0,"RefreshRate":60}]}}
Copy the Code

Then login via graphical interface to see if it works.

Thanks for you quick answer. But how can I run TTY from the terminal if I can't see anything? Everything is black. Is that possible to run it from the boot menu or something??! Sorry I'm not an expert.

Had same issue on Spectre x360. I reinstalled Deepin with full reformat. Luckily, that was really fresh install and I lost no data.
