    如题，希望官方能来解决处理下！ 谢谢了！出现故障描述
    1.正常安装至Mac os里的 parallels desktop虚拟机里面，可以正常重启开机
    2.在里面安装parallels desktop 提供的工具tools，然后重启就失败，报错且进步了系统！

    帖子提供的方法(以及Google搜索到的方法都是如下)
    1. aptitude install alsa-base
    2. echo blacklist snd-pcsp >> /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base-blacklist
    Copy the Code
    实际测试并不能解决问题！

    在此希望官方能关注下这个问题！

    换了另外的mac 虚拟机里面 还是有这个问题～有办法屏蔽这个错误跳过去吗

    这是安装tools之后的界面，只要重启，就启动不了啦！




    安装完后，在这个路径多了两个文件，文件内容分别如截图

    跪求解决呀！

    重启后是这样的 永远卡这里 我上次等了2天还是卡这里
