    不能直接添加PPA。需要手动修改/etc/apt/sources.list，添加下面一行：
    1. deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/team-gcc-arm-embedded/ppa/ubuntu bionic main
    Copy the Code


    参考：https://launchpad.net/~team-gcc-arm-embedded/+archive/ubuntu/ppa （展开“Technical details about this PPA”那一栏）。
