Release plan of deepin 15.11

Control Center	Support different display scaling values for multiple screens, and fix the blank screen issue when setting dual screens. Add the switch - “Join User Experience Program” to make the user needs better understood. Support cloud synchronization of certain settings by deepin ID. Support using keyboard to navigate and change the settings in Control Center. Display more hardware information.
Dock	Show the battery remaining time and the charging time.
Window Manager	Improve the UI in KWin.
File Manager	Add disc burning function. Support creating shortcut for executable program manually.
Deepin Store	Change the switching method between China and International regions. Show the total donation amount in my donations.
Other Applications	Deepin Movie: Support dragging and dropping the subtitle file to Deepin Movie to load it directly. Deepin Screenshot: Remember the last storage location when saving the screenshot to the specified folder.

There should be a way to sign into cloud accounts. The included Deepin calendar, for example, is totally useless -- people in the N. America and Europe are going to want to sync their local calendar application with Google Calendar or Apple's calendar service. We should be able to attach various accounts: Google, Microsoft, Facebook, GitHub, etc -- as is possible with Gnome. Chinese users will want appropriate Chinese services.

Web app icons are not handled well. When one creates a shortcut to, for example, Google Keep, we end up with just a plain Chrome icon on the desktop/applications menu/dock -- and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with what icon set you use.

I would like a newer and more frequently updated Linux kernel.

+1. I am not able to use my touchpad because of the ancient kernel.
Also i am missing the general dark theme apply settings, instead of having to go and open each app so you set it to dark theme manually ( btw not all apps support it yet ).
Top bar is something i would like to see as well. I know there is a community package but it is so beta, so almost not usable.

Out of the box fan spinning all the time for me (not with full speed, but at night cant watching movies).

Maybe some slider 10 - 100 and an on / off button and information that the operation may threaten to heat the system.

This is just a cosmetic thing, but I would like to have the network icon in the tray to change color when connected to a VPN. Sure, you get a notification if the connection to the VPN is lost, but you can easily miss that if you are not by the computer when it happens, so it would be nice to have the different color, lets say green for example, or /and that the icon changes so it reflects a broken connection as a extra visual aid to know that you're still connected, or not.

I wish the apps would remember user preferences. That is, when I close the file manager maximised, the next time I launch it, it would open maximised, too, and vice versa IF chosen by the user.

Well, I have to say deepin need to do more to support graphic cards. I am using AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with vega 8 graphic card, but whatever veision of deepin I installed, the graphic never functioned well.
