I know there is nothing wrong with the CRYTSETUP/CONSOLE-SETUP/ or INSTALL PLYMOUTH-THEMES. Having that said, I would not like to see this during an update. Has anyone else encountered this situation?

WARNING: Setting CRYPTSETUP in /etc/initramfs-tools/initramfs.conf is deprecated and will stop working in the future. Use /etc/cryptsetup-initramfs/conf-hook instead.
setupcon is missing. Please install the 'console-setup' package.
W: plymouth: The plugin label.so is missing, the selected theme might not work as expected.
W: plymouth: You might want to install the plymouth-themes package to fix this.

The Warning is information from Debian. To notify and provide information to users that manually install and update Debian or Debian based Linux distributions. If updating manually you could try using the quiet flag. You can find more information at the apt-get Man page.
