I have noticed there are problems showing videos in Vivaldi when using it in Deepin. It doesnt matter if I download the outdated version in the store or if I download the latest version from Vivaldi page.
I can play youtube, but not the videos in Facebook or Netflix.
There are some codecs missing I guess. like chromium-codecs.ffmepg-extra. But they can not be installed, just get a message that says:

´ Package chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source
E: Package 'chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-extra' has no installation candidate´

The interesting thing is that Vivaldi works out of the box in other distros, like Linux Mint for example.
Is this problem because deepin is based on Debian and not Ubuntu?
