This depends on your hardware, most devices only have one WiFi channel. Meaning that you can use it as a client or a hotspot not both at the same time.
If however your hardware does support it, you can share your setup so the Deepin team can review it.

Hotspot work fine in windows 10.  

When i use windows 7, i used to ''my wifi hotspot''. my wifi hotspot is not working via wine and i need to this solution.

i have the same issue, while i can use hotspot mode on windows i doesn't work on deepin

i have deepin installed in 3 machines : 2 Asus & 1 HP

I think this problem is based on linux kernel. When I used Archlinux, I want to try open hotspot and WiFi network at the same time. But It can not work. (It works in Win)
By alternative way ,  I plug in NAT cable,  and open hotspot, My laptop can be used as hotspot.

My advise for this problem:
  Could there has an idea to use virtual network hardware to solve this problem, likes A software named 360WIFI?
