    Try to change mirror first.
    Then try to install spotify according to
    https://www.spotify.com/pl/download/linux/
    I also have 15.7 and installed Spotify without any problems.
    My mirror is NLUUG (it was the fastest for me in Poland).

    If you are facing difficulty to install Spotify through Official Website try Deepin Store or do Vice Versa.
