    When I had ubuntu installed, if the browser crashed I could get out of it. In the deepin if this happens the whole system hangs and I have to reboot the system.
    It looks like windows LOL

    I was on the internet (chrome), suddenly started to slow and crashed the browser.When this happened in ubuntu only the browser crashed, but in Deepin the whole system crashes

    Can you tell your pc specs?  When Chrome crashes, most of the times is because of the high percentage of ram that it takes (and web browsers tend to continously use more ram as more time you have the browser on). Chrome is the most heavier browser that you can find in that sense.

    Whole system crashes?
    kernel panic or just xorg crash?
    Please take a photo of it or tell me what did you see after crash.
