[Feature Request] Hide Disabled Network Interfaces from Taskbar

Every disabled Interface in Control Panel should be automatically hidden in the Taskbar (when Network plugin is enabled in Taskbar).
For example, If I disable Wifi Interface completely in Control Center, there will be no WiFi icon shown in Taskbar.
