BUG: shotcuts not working under none english layout

Hello!
Deepin 15.6 installing in English by default and added russian layout
Work in WPS Office. In english keyboart all shortcuts work, when I switch to russian no one shortcuts not work. Simply no happen. Ctrl+c, ctrl+v, ctrl+z ... etc not working.
