求助无法使用安卓模拟器

不管是genymotion还是android studio自带的模拟器都无法运行，bios里的intel什么虚拟化的选项也开了。
网上有genymotion黑屏的解决方案，但那个问题貌似是和网卡有关的，我试了也没用。而且第一次启动genymotion会黑屏，kill掉virturlbox再启动系统就会卡死。
以前我用的是ubuntu 16.04，模拟器都可以正常运行的，所以排除硬件问题，求大佬支招。
