启动时进入emergency模式，尝试sudo apt-get install intel-microcode看看

我昨天也出现过。什么都没做启动菜单先选第3个。进去进桌面后等会。重启。再选第二个菜单进去。出现登陆界面等一会再输入密码如果进不去就直接断电。最后正常进入。如果卡界面就等几到十分钟。好像就正常了
