    这应该是国家开发银行服务器的问题，无关火狐和系统的问题。
    可能是用了过时的加密方法
    还是去用 Windows 平台的 Internet Explorer 吧

    切回win,这种安全网站用的旧插件和旧ie才能运行的。在win下用windows edge都未必能跑起来。
