Press (Alt+F2) to launch terminal, if you have a new laptop then its (Fn+Alt+F2). When you do that the whole screen should turn black and start the terminal. You'll be asked yo enter your user name and password. After you login input this command: ( pkill -9 deepin-wm && deepin-wm ) when all of that is done press (Alt+F7) or (Fn+Alt+F7) to quit terminal. If this doesn't work then there are 2 possibilities, first one is an installation error, second is that your graphics card driver wasn't activated.

PC after boot and login get freeze, it is impossible open a tty.
i have the same problem and i have forced to get back to 4.9 kernel to make it work again.
