    • Cant get to desktop - cursor keeps spinning

    Hi, I am new in Linux

    I just installed Linux Deepin 15.6 and after I put the password, all I see is the wallpaper and the mouse that keeps spinning with 3 colored circles.
    I cant open the terminal with ctrl + alt + f1. The only thing I can use is the recovery mode.

    How can I use the computer?

    try remake Installation media and install again.

    same thing here.  I have to get back to 4.9 kernel to make it work again.
