    看看你系统有没有这个包dde-file-manager-integration 有的话，把他卸载掉  sudo apt-get remove dde-file-manager-integration
    再就是删除配置文件和缓存试试，rm -rf ~/.config/deepin/dde-file-manager  rm -rf ~/.cache/deepin/dde-file-manager/

    你安装鹦鹉螺把那个文件夹的内容一个一个过滤出来，就知道是哪一个文件了，估计是文件损坏了，预览识别不了，导致文件管理器挂掉
    sudo apt-get install nautilus

    apt-cache policy libffmpegthumbnailer4v5 看一下版本。
    应该能肯定是生成视频缩略图引起的。可以看看那个目录下有多少个视频文件，过滤一下，看是哪个文件引起的
