    Is it from Deepin, or a new installation from Codeweavers? Did you uninstall Deepin Crossover? How did you upgrade?

    A new installation from Codeweavers.
    I uninstall the old crossover.
    You need to sudo dpkg -i crossover_17.5.5.deb
