因为最近微度天气API挂了，于是费了点力气从深度控制中心把天气插件API挖了出来，因为使用了深度的天气API，加上使用了新的泡泡窗口，和控制中心几乎一样的界面，几乎没什么短板了，所以我称之为【准官方】插件。
https://github.com/sonichy/WEATHER_DDE_DOCK，记得上星！2018年5月27日更新，
增加日志：~/.cache/deepin/dde-dock/weather.log，可以自己诊断了！
另外，网速插件新增内存占用90%以上变红警告，可以及时提醒查看系统监视器，在死机之前结束进程，真是4G内存的福音，https://github.com/sonichy/CMDU_DDE_DOCK
