建议默认shell崩溃的情况下深度终端能给一些提示

惨痛的教训，昨天本人的zsh挂了（天知道怎么挂的），深度终端直接闪退，连字符界面也登不上
突然发现有gui是多么美好的事，赶紧打开appstore下了一个konsole，这下总算知道是zsh挂了……su然后chsh修复之……
所以希望默认的shell挂了的话能给点报错，而且像konsole一样直接登进bash……
