    I have a question,

    How can i root my Nubia Z17 on Deepin ?
    Because I have the problem with Nubia Z17 that I can not use a Google Play Store, there are only Chinese apps
    Does anyone know how I can root my Nubia Z17. I want to install Flyme OS because on Flyme OS I can use Google Play Store.
    I searched for everything on Google, but unfortunately there is only a guide on Windows

    Windows platform has a lot of programs can be convenient root device, but I do not know Linux how to do that, you may need a windows virtual machine.

    use adb tools to flash a recovery image from  third party that suits your phone,then boot to that recovery and flash supersu or magisk

    i,have nubia z17 mini
    the tool 'adb' maybe to help you
    sudo apt install adb fastboot
    over the up setup
    flash twrp recovery to you boot
    twrp recovery  is able install other ROM
