[SOLVED] Deepin doesn't suspend monitor and lock session after given time

This is a second serious security issue related to Deepin I've found.
Screen lock is set to on 1 minute. Afer one minute screen is not locked.
EDIT: Additional information
1) acpid is not enabled by default on deepin, I've enabled it
2) xset q returns diffrent values than are set in deepin settings.
3) I'm using two monitors
EDIT2:
1) solved by installing and enabling in systemd: acpid, laptop-mode-tools, and uninstalling synergy, didn't know which one helped.
