Deepin comes with ClamAV in it's repositories sudo apt install clamav, and, if you want a graphical interface for ClamAV, sudo apt install clamtk
There aren't many antivirus options for Linux (except for servers), because there aren't many viruses that you need to worry about in a Linux system, and, if one appears, Linux architecture prevents it from spreading in all the system like it does on Windows.
Another option can be Sophos Antivirus, as its complatible with Debian 7, 8 and 9, and with Ubuntu 16.04LTS and on, its fully compatible with Deepin too.
