Let's try a different way to connect to the internet. If you have a phone, you can try hooking it up to your computer through a USB.

Android:
To to your settings > Connections > Mobile Hotspot and Tethering > and enable Tethering.
iOS:
Enable your person hotspot.

I do this because I have an unsupported wifi card.
