actually couple of months back i have changed apt source url from

for slow update reason
so now dist-upgrade and other software updates are failing with 404 because this mirrors.kernel.org not having those packages
so i've removed it and kept packages.deepin url and now its working fine

to
deb [by-hash=force] http://mirrors.kernel.org/deepin/ panda main contrib non-free

i'm from india & trying to dist-upgrade but its failing with below 404 errors, same happeing when trying to install any softwares with apt-get install
80 upgraded, 7 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 268 MB of archives.
After this operation, 14.7 MB disk space will be freed.
