能否指定apt install的安装位置避免octave闪退？

不知道大家有没有使用octave，从store下载的octave在editor中很容易闪退。
sudo octave打开是不会闪退的。
可是出现的完全是Windows 98的界面啊！
能不能在apt install的时候就指定在root文件夹里面，这样就既不闪退也会有好看的界面了呢？
我的anaconda就装在root下的...每次打开都sudo...
