你执行sudo apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-intel ，然后执行sudo systemctl restart lightdm 试试。看日志显卡没有探测到有hdmi接入

是不是没有按f3-f8功能键？上面有个屏幕标志的，笔记本这样才切换屏幕。

原来你是双显卡，你的hdmi接口可能会是接在独显上。另外的一个n卡咋没有加载驱动呢，你在终端lsmod | grep nouveau 看看信息呢，你是不是blacklist了nouveau的驱动。

接口正常连接后电脑屏会有闪烁的，如果插上什么反应也没有说明电脑接口没连上

楼主可以参考下我之前的贴：
1、新笔记本不能用大黄蜂bumblebee驱动，很可能导致hdmi没输出。

2、建议确保双显卡驱动都独立安装，然后：
xrandr --listproviders
看下有几个provider，如果有多个，那么可能是不同显示口在不同显卡上，运行
xrandr --setprovideroutputsource 0 1
或
xrandr --setprovideroutputsource 1 0
做下链接，就可以看到所有硬件接口，然后
xrandr --output xxxxx --auto
设置输出
