    这是新电脑的配置，加n卡1050ti 的独立显卡，装了驱动的，感觉拖动窗口比以前i3 6100加集显的配置延迟大，开了个svn客户端cpu就占40多的cpu,有时还会卡时，在旧电脑上是不会有这种情况的。求解！
