    关机、重启的时候会有“啪”的一声响

    OS: Deepin 15.5 unstable
    Kernel: x86_64 Linux 4.9.0-deepin13-amd64
    Kernel: x86_64 Linux 4.14.0-deepin2-amd64
    CPU: Intel Core i7-6700HQ
    GPU: GTX 965M

    机械硬盘断电的时候会有声音，我的本子在强制关机（长按电源键）断电时会有声音，是机械硬盘的声音。

    我用usb移动硬盘的时候机械硬盘会有断电的声音，Windows就没有这个现象，
