    这个英语是说：没有发现启动目标。

    你确定镜像没有问题？或者确定是光驱优先启动？

    另外，我印象中，虚拟机是没法装ghost系统的，只能是安装版的ISO

    你这盘有问题，提示按键是bootmgr引导，然后又提示找不到ezboot的文件。
